Web Access your GroupWise Email

And How to Change Your Password  

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. In the address bar, type in www.oscodaschools.org

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Scroll down on the left side of the screen until you see the GroupWise Web Access button.
  2. Click on the GroupWise button.
  3. The next screen will appear in the box with a language selection and a Go button.  Click on the Go button.

 

  1. The next screen will ask for your login name and password.  Your login name is your last name, first initial.  (Example; Jana Stepp would be steppj). Your password will be password until you change it.
  2. Your email address is the same as your login @oscodaschools.org. (Example; steppj@oscodaschools.org).

 

How to change your password

 

After logging into your email account perform the following steps to change your email password.

1.  Click on the options button.  The middle button on the top GroupWise toolbar.

  1. A box will pop up seven tabs. You want to make sure that the Password tab is selected.  Then, you will enter your old password, which is password.  Tab down to enter a new password.  Tab down to re-enter your new password.
  2. Click on Save. 
  3. Then click on Close. 

You may be prompted the first time that you go to the address book or try to send new mail after changing your password.
