Oscoda Area Schools is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the following products and/or services.  If you have any questions related to any of these open bids, please contact our business office at (989)739-2033.

The Oscoda Area Schools, Iosco and Alcona Counties, Michigan will accept sealed bids to provide the Oscoda Area School District select insurance bids per the published specifications. Bids are due at 12:00 PM on April 30, 2024, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and tabulated. No oral, telephonic, or telegraphic proposals shall be considered. All bids shall remain firm for at least sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids. All bids to be considered must meet or exceed all specifications in the bid packet.

In compliance with MCL 380.1267 a sworn and notarized statement disclosing familial relationships that exist between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Oscoda Area Schools Board of Education or the Oscoda Area Schools District Superintendent is needed. Bids without a sworn and notarized disclosure statement shall not be accepted.

All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012. No bid will be accepted that does not include this sworn and notarized statement.

The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities therein; or to award the contract to other than the low bidder.
