The Mary Reitler Community Center will be closed to regular members and community center activities this weekend, October 2–4, 2026, as the facility hosts two community events.
On Saturday, October 3, the center will host the Oscoda Lions Club’s 25th Annual Fall Arts & Craft Show from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
On Sunday, October 4, the center will host a fundraising dinner benefiting Huron Housing Hope, a local nonprofit organization focused on addressing issues surrounding housing insecurity. The event is scheduled for 5:30–8:30 p.m.
Because both events require use of the community center facilities, regular community center access and programming will not be available during the weekend.
Regular community center operations are expected to resume on Monday, October 5.
We appreciate the community's understanding as the Mary Reitler Community Center serves as a venue for these local community events.
